JIAS is a open access journal starting 2008. To manage the various costs associated with the Journal management, from 2009, authors of all accepted papers will have to pay a manuscript handling fees of � 100.00/manuscript. This will cover the charges for 1 manuscript (no page limitations) in the JIAS format. Authors/ or their institutions will be invoiced accordingly once the papers are accepted.
