Call for Special Sessions & Events

We kindly invite you to propose a NWeSP Special Session (SS) / Workshop and/or event.

Call for Special Sessions and Workshops
Please collect at least five potential papers (for a special session, and 10 papers for a workshop), and write paper titles, author information as well as organizers’ information and submit to the Special Event Chairs. The Special Event Chairs check the scope of the proposal and approve them. When each approved event has enough number of accepted papers, the SS is established and included in technical program. All papers of both regular sessions and SS’s will be submitted through the NWeSP 2011 paper management system, and reviewed with the same review process.

All accepted and registered papers will appear in the proceedings published by IEEE and fully indexed by IEEE Xplore.

There are two review options in the SS proposal form. If you choose an option for asking the Program Committee to manage reviewing your SS papers, please write three referee names who have agreed to be NWeSP 2011 referees. If you choose the review option of self-management, please find referees in your domain area, assign them to your SS papers, and make them submit their review report in time.
